1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using cosgearx.com (“the Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Intellectual Property
Brand Disclaimer: All props and costumes shown on this website are fan-made works and are not officially licensed by Marvel, DC, Disney, or any other company. All custom-made cosplay outfits are created for fan display only and are not intended to infringe any copyrights.
Original Designs: All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of cosgearx.com or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction of handmade designs is strictly prohibited.
Custom Designs: For commissioned works, the client retains ownership of their concept but grants cosgearx.com the exclusive right to produce and display the final tangible artwork unless otherwise agreed.
3. Orders and Customization
Materials: We select suitable fabrics and materials based on the client’s requirements to achieve the best possible results.
Production Time: Custom orders typically take 20–35 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on material availability or design complexity.
4. Payment and Shipping
Payment Methods: Accepted payment options include credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted for your security.
Shipping Address: Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box addresses or military addresses. If the delivery address is in a remote area, the customer must cover any additional shipping fees for remote locations.
Shipping: We ship worldwide using trackable carriers. Customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
Risk of Loss: Ownership transfers to the buyer upon shipment. cosgearx.com is not responsible for damage during transit.
5. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us. For orders where materials have been selected and cutting has begun, a 40% material and labor fee will be deducted.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (proof required within 3 days).
If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at service@cosgearx.com. Our staff will provide a return authorization number and return address. For non-quality issues, customers are responsible for price differences and shipping costs for exchanges, or return shipping fees for refunds.
7. User Conduct
Prohibited Actions: Abusing this site (e.g., content scraping, impersonation, or fraudulent orders) will result in account termination and possible legal action.
Submissions: By submitting reviews or photos, you grant cosgearx.com a permanent right to display them on the website and social media.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
Product Wear: Minor imperfections or color changes may occur over time and use; these are not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability: cosgearx.com shall not be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the website after modifications constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be announced via email or website banner.
